We have two offices, one in Glendale, Queens and one on Long Island.

Dr. Jacobson does specialize in Invisalign and MTM Clear Aligners.
Do you have late hours or weekend appointments?
Our office prides itself on running on a schedule that fits yours. After work and school appointments are available, with our dentist and/or dental hygienist, so we can see your entire family at a time that is convenient for you. We also offer Saturday appointments with Dr. Jacobson and/or a dental hygienist at our Queens and Long Island offices.
Do you have a dental hygienist?
Most of our patients come to us for cleanings and checkups and see our dental hygienists. Our dental hygienists have been with the practice for over 10+ years.
